At One Stop Workwear, we provide Screen-printing services for all your work shirts and hi-vis apparel, workwear, sportswear and schoolwear products including Polos, Hats, Shorts, and Shirts etc. We have a wide range of apparel at our store or alternatively you can bring in your own clothing. Please keep in mind that when providing your own items, there may be additional charges. Additionally, we cannot take responsibility for any damages that may occur during the screen printing or embroidery process for any externally purchased clothing.

Screen Printing involves the passing of ink or paint through a mesh or ‘screen’ that has been stretched on a frame, and to which a stencil has been applied to replicate your artwork onto your garments. Clients commonly request screen printing for larger print areas such as shirts, polos and jumpers. Our basic screen printing requirements are as follows;

• Screen Printing is a minimum of 20 items (can be assorted items and sizes).
• Your artwork/logo must be applied in the same size/colour, 20 times. (For orders under this minimum please contact us for pricing).
• If you have an urgent deadline, please contact us to discuss if we can meet your order.

Artwork Files

Clients must supply artwork in a vector format (high resolution) such as AI, EPS etc. If you are unable to supply these files, additional fees may apply for the creation or conversion of artwork by our graphic designer. For all artwork setups the process is as follows:

Option 1 (Additional Fee required for graphic design process)

• Client supplies JPG, PNG or similar raster image file.
• Our graphic designer converts it to a vector image.
• We use the vector image to create the digital artwork file
• Our graphic designer uses the digital artwork file to create your logo

Option 2

• Client supplies AI, EPS, vector PDF or similar vector image file.
• We use the vector image to create the digital artwork file
• Our graphic designer uses the digital artwork file to create your logo

We will contact you to confirm your artwork and provide mock ups prior to production. Please allow 3-4 working days for this via email.
